From the Operating Room to Restorative Medicine

Dr. Ibrahim spent decades as a urologic surgeon diagnosing complex conditions, performing high-stakes procedures, and building a reputation grounded in precision and trust. Then came a diagnosis of his own.

After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Dr. Ibrahim made the decision to step away from the operating room rather than compromise the standard of care his patients deserved. But his commitment to medicine never wavered.

What followed was a deliberate, intensive pivot into restorative medicine — driven by the same rigor that defined his surgical career. Dr. Ibrahim pursued a fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, immersed himself in the science of hormone optimization, and in 2013 founded Biltmore Restorative Medicine & Aesthetics with a singular goal: to become the most highly trained physician practicing restorative medicine in the region.

What began as a hormone optimization practice has since evolved into a comprehensive sexual wellness, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine destination — serving patients across Western NC and Upstate SC from offices in both Asheville and Greenville.
