Dr. George K. Ibrahim founded Biltmore Restorative Medicine in 2013 with a clear mission: become the most highly trained, experienced physician practicing hormone optimization and restorative medicine — period.
A graduate of Duke University School of Medicine, Dr. Ibrahim spent decades as a board-certified urologist before a personal health challenge led him to redirect his surgical precision toward the treatments that make the most meaningful difference in patients' everyday lives. Today, he leads Biltmore's clinical program across both the Asheville and Greenville locations — specializing in sexual wellness for men and women, hormone optimization, and advanced aesthetics.
His credentials include fellowship certification from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, specialized training in regenerative medicine, and over 30 years of hands-on experience in men's and women's health. Under his leadership, Biltmore has become one of the most sought-after restorative medicine practices in the Southeast — the kind of practice patients travel for.

A South Carolina native, Abby began her nursing career in 2013, starting in fast-paced hospital MedSurg units before expanding into travel nursing across Colorado and California. It was in California that she discovered her passion for Aesthetic and Wellness Medicine, where she has practiced since 2019.
Her interest in aesthetics is deeply personal, shaped by her own experience with acne and the emotional toll skin concerns can bring. This inspired her mission: to help others feel confident in their own skin through personalized, collaborative care.
Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University and her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Anderson University. She has trained with top industry leaders and continues to expand her expertise in advanced aesthetics and PDO thread techniques.
Outside of work, Abby is a proud mom of two, an outdoor enthusiast, and a lover of good food and meaningful connections. Her approach to care is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and a belief that true beauty begins from within.
